Want to increase the value of your ‘cultural capital’? Why not learn something special, like a Traditional Chinese Plucked String Instrument such as the Pipa (pee-par), Ruan (roo-un), Guqin (goo-chin) or Erhu (er-ho) used in Chinese chamber music.

Every instructor here has over 20 years of teaching experiences.

Lessons are taught in both English and Chinese. Student will have a great chance to understand and speak Chinese language, but need not be able to speak it in order to enjoy and study the music. You are not only learning the skills of playing Chinese’s instruments, but also Chinese music theory, history and music appreciation. You will have a good understanding of Chinese music, and Chinese culture.
